Planning a wedding can be a difficult task.  Finding a venue, catering, DJ, photographer, cake etc.  This is why many venues offer package pricing.  They bundle all the vendors and extras up and give you a per head price. While this may seem to be an easy option, relieving much of the planning hassle, it might also be the most expensive option.  Many of the venues will shop the vendors and work out a deal where they use a “cost plus” method to include them in their package. 

A well coordinated wedding or formal function will stand out as being a superior event from those who lack the polish and professionalism that professional coordination achieves.  The question is, “Do I really need a coordinator or can I do it myself”?  Many brides and grooms have a strict wedding budget and while shopping for a spectacular venue, photographer, cake and all the other details, the coordination often finds itself no where near the top of the list.
